38 Weeks

Here is me at 38 weeks. There has been no change as far as delivery in 3 weeks. I am not dilated and apparently I have a very thick cervix. My doctor doesn't like to induce before your due date, so if I don't go into labor on my own, I will probably be induced after by due date. My original due date is December 5th. At this point I have gained about 18-19 pounds. I have been lucky enough to have no symptoms and feel good. I guess that's a blessing especially since I will most likely be going over my due date.

Well, I'm a couple of weeks behind on the picture updates. When I went for my 37 week appointment, they sent me for an ultrasound to see if the baby had dropped to my pelvis. Well, I got to see the little one so I thought I'd share.

 

 

We still don't know the gender of this cutie, and it wasn't cooperating even if we did want to know. We do know that it is head down, as of then it hadn't dropped, and it was about 6.2 pounds.

I had my 36 week appointment today, I have gained another pound.That puts me at about 18-19 pounds so far. The baby's heart beat was 130. It is still head downand I am not dilated yet. I will start going to the doctor every week now. I got to see the baby today in an ultrasound, but made sure to not see if it's a boy or girl. This little on e is constantly moving around in my belly. 

34 weeks today!

Well, Alisha told me that I need to post a picture every week, so here it is.

Had a doctor's appointment today. She said I am measuring where I should be (34 weeks). I have gained a pound in the last 2 weeks. The baby's heart rate was between 130 and 140. The little one is already head down, but not too low down. She doesn't see me going to my due date, but we will take it one week at a time. At my next appointment (in two weeks) she will really check me out and have more info.

I'm feeling good, a little tired than normal, but that is to be expected. The baby moves (rolls) around a lot.

7 more weeks to go!

Well, today I am 33 weeks. I've been feeling great all throughout the pregnancy. Tired in the beginning but no other symptoms really. I have gained about 17 pounds so far. That baby's heartbeat has been very strong and I am measuring just like I should be. This is one active baby! Feeling it move around is by far the coolest feeling yet! We are very excited to meet the little one in 7 weeks (Dec. 5th).

 

Last week I had my 28 week appointment. I have gained 14 pounds throughout my pregnancy so far. I am measuring well and the baby's heartbeat is strong. I also passed my glucose test! So YAY! I don't have to give up carbs, sugar, or check my blood daily! 
The little one move around constantly, probably because it's getting bigger and running out of room to move.

The Little One's first ATM football game!

Yesterday, we went to the first SEC Texas Aggies & Florida Gators football game at Kyle Field. I decided I needed a maternity shirt to wear to the tailgate/game. Unfortunately, I didn't think about the sex of the baby when I bought the shirt. Below are some pictures. I guess I will have to make an ATM one for a girl and I could alternate them for each home game.
